Coaching from a planner still running events every month — for people who want to plan, coordinate, design the flowers, or cook for a room full of guests.
I get the same message constantly: how did you get started, and can you teach me?
So I built something for it. Not a course you watch alone at 11pm. Real coaching, one-on-one or in a small group, working through the parts nobody puts in a blog post — how to price a wedding without underselling yourself, what to say when a vendor no-shows, how to read a venue contract, when to walk away from a client.
I still run events every month. What I teach you is what I used last weekend.

The full arc — client discovery, budget building, vendor sourcing and negotiation, timeline construction, and design direction, plus the business behind it. Contracts, pricing models, deposit schedules, and how to find your first clients. This is the track for people who want to run their own company.
Day-of execution as its own discipline. Run-of-show documents, vendor call times, load-in and strike sequencing, managing a wedding party, and staying calm when the timeline breaks — because it will. Coordination is the fastest way into this industry and the fastest way to get paid while you learn.
Mechanics first, then artistry. Conditioning and processing, foam-free construction, color theory, bridal bouquets, centerpieces, and installations, along with how to source from wholesalers without wasting half your order. Includes the numbers: recipe costing, markup, and quoting florals so they're actually profitable.
Cooking built for a crowd, not for four people at a kitchen island. Menu development, batch cooking, holding and reheating without ruining a dish, plating at volume, and the logistics of getting hot food out on a timeline. We also cover sourcing and food cost, because a menu that doesn't price out is just a nice idea.
Discovery call. Free, and the right place to start. We figure out where you are and whether I’m the right fit. I’ll tell you if I’m not.
One-on-one intensives. Sessions built entirely around what you’re trying to do, booked one at a time or as a package.
Small-group workshops. Hands-on and capped small enough that everyone gets their hands in the work. Floral and culinary are the most requested.
Shadow days. Work a live event alongside my team. Spots are limited and go to active coaching clients.
Planning and coordination sessions run virtually or in person around Houston. Floral, culinary, and shadow days are in person.

I’m Moon Jamaluddin, and I run Events by Momo here in Houston — corporate programs, milestone celebrations, and weddings, including a specialty in South Asian celebrations that run across several days and several hundred guests.
I’ve made the pricing mistakes. I’ve eaten the cost of a bad contract. I’ve rebuilt an installation ninety minutes before doors opened. Every one of those is a lesson I can hand you instead of making you buy it yourself.

Coaching is for you. You want the skills, the confidence, and a path into the industry.
Consulting is for your business. You’re already operating, and you need someone to fix your pricing, your process, your team, or your client experience.
Not sure which one you need? Say so on the call and we’ll sort it out.
